PrecastReady shares submitted project information with LGS Precast so it can respond about the request.
What a callback request means
An optional callback request permits LGS Precast to make a one-to-one call about the submitted project.
It does not permit automated marketing calls or texts. You can leave the callback option unchecked and use work email only.
Which disclosure applies
Project-review submissions use disclosure version 2026-09-21.
The request record retains the disclosure version, current partner, time, form, and the action you selected.
